The Town of Eaton is located in the eastern part of Brown County, Wisconsin. The Town is primarily rural in nature with agricultural uses dominating the landscape. Residential uses are located primarily along the town roads, with the small, unincorporated community of Poland located in the center of the Town.

The Town is bound by the Village of Bellevue and Town of Ledgeview to the west, the Town of Humboldt to the north, the Town of New Denmark to the south (all Brown County), and the Kewaunee County Town of Montpelier to the east.
